Refunds and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

We offer a 14-day replacement policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a replacement or refund if the item is faulty, damaged, has a manufacturing defect or not as described. Because all our products are custom-made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges such as wrong size, incorrect colour choice or change of mind. Please utilise sizing charts on items where available.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unused and in its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
• Require a photograph of the issue

We do not offer returns for Change of Mind purchases.
